Your Focus

  • You are the first point of contact for our clients with support requests
  • You perform error analysis and participate in the troubleshooting process
  • Quick classification and delegation of client requests
  • Documentation of bugs
  • Creating statistics about the databases, as well as researching and adjusting data in the database in response to client requests
  • Constant communication with colleagues and clients

Your Profile

  • You already have relevant experience with database systems and SQL
  • Experience with GIT and Laravel is a plus
  • You have already worked with ticket systems such as Jira Service Management
  • You bring a general technical know-how about web apps with you
  • Good communication and expressive skills – you should always be able to explain problems and solutions to the client in an understandable way
  • You are problem-solving oriented and are good at assessing problems and potential solutions
