Dotbite is a young and dynamic software engineering company based right in Vienna, Innsbruck and Munich. Our day to day business is focused on the love of beautiful designs, an agile way of working as well as providing amazing experiences for our users. We are currently looking for a Community Manager for our project timebite. Are you ready for a challenge?

Your Focus

  • Your main focus is the performance of timebite SaaS
  • You think of new ways to enhance the engagement of the users (e.g. students share experiences, write comments and use timebite SaaS regularly)​
  • You are responsible for user growth (this is mainly about registered users)
  • You develop new ideas, concepts and features to generate user growth
  • You create reports to measure growth and engagement
  • You develop and strengthen long-term cooperations with our partners
  • You support in creating content for our social media channels (together with our marketing team)

Your Profile

  • You have experience in the development and marketing of SaaS solutions, marketplace area or growth hacking
  • You have already worked with key figures/KPIs and know how to use them to further develop the community management of timebite
  • You have a positive mindset and like to challenge yourself
  • You are a motivated, open and communicative person and think out of the box
