Dotbite is a young and dynamic software engineering company based right in Vienna, Innsbruck and Munich. Our day to day business is focused on the love of beautiful designs, an agile way of working as well as providing amazing experiences for our users. We are currently looking for support in B2B sales for our project timebite. As a crowd-based platform, timebite enables students to exchange learning tips on upcoming exams, track their learning success and get to know potential employers during their studies. With the digital career fair and the matching employer branding from timebite, companies are developing a relationship with top professionals of tomorrow already today. Your Focus

  • You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers in the german-speaking region, starting from lead generation to the establishment of long-term relationships
  • You actively look after our current customers and make sure that timebite offers them an effective employer branding opportunity
  • You create analyzes and presentations for our customers in order to make the success of their employer branding at timebite visible
  • You identify, develop and establish new processes in sales and customer loyalty

Your Profile

  • You are a team player and at the same time used to working independently
  • You like to take on responsibility as well as dare to try new things and take risks
  • You are communicative, eloquent, enthusiastic and love to engage with clients
  • You are an open person and you love to laugh a lot (we are really funny)
  • You ideally already have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales (HR experience is a plus)
  • You have excellent German language skills
