Building a Platform That Could Keep Up
Salesforce now acts as the single source of truth. Our job was to make that complexity invisible to users while keeping the system stable, fast, and reliable.
Jobs, applications, client data, and user interactions are continuously synchronized. Search plays a central role, allowing candidates to find relevant positions instantly - even across large and constantly changing datasets.
At the same time, performance and visibility were non-negotiable. The portal is fully server-side rendered, ensuring fast load times and strong SEO - essential for a recruiting platform where discoverability directly impacts business success.
Shipping While Everything Was Moving
One of the most demanding parts of the project wasn’t technical - it was timing.
The portal launched while Salesforce itself was still evolving. Data models changed. Processes were refined. Assumptions had to be revisited.
We worked closely with epunkt’s team, adapting quickly, rebuilding where necessary, and always keeping the user experience clean and understandable. The goal was never to expose complexity - but to absorb it.
And that’s exactly what the platform does today.
