Dotbite

From an idea to a concept ready for implementation.

You have a clear vision of what you want to build – but translating that vision into a structured concept that developers can actually work from is a different challenge entirely. What are the must-have features? What's out of scope for the first version? Who exactly is the user, and what do they need? Concept creation answers these questions before a single line of code is written.

Conceptual consulting creates the foundation.

The most expensive development problems don't start in code. They start in the gap between what was imagined and what was actually specified – the assumptions that were never made explicit, the features that were interpreted differently by different stakeholders, the edge cases nobody considered until they became bugs in production.

Concept creation closes this gap before development begins.

Everything starts with a Requirements Engineering Workshop – a structured session where your team and ours work together to establish clear objectives, develop detailed functional scopes, and build a deep understanding of your target audience and their actual needs. This isn't a passive briefing. It's a working session where assumptions get challenged, ambiguities get resolved, and the real shape of the product emerges.

From there, we create user stories that describe the product from your users' perspective – grounded in how they actually behave, what problems they're trying to solve, and what would make the product genuinely useful to them. We map both functional requirements (what the product must do) and non-functional requirements (how it must perform, how it must behave under load, what security and compliance standards it must meet).

The output is a concept document that your development team can work from with confidence – clear, complete, and considered from both a technological and economic perspective.

Based in Vienna, working with clients across Europe.

What we will do for you

  • Requirements Engineering Workshop – structured session with our CTO and CEO to establish clear objectives and scope
  • User story mapping – your product described from your users' perspective, grounded in real behavior
  • Functional & non-functional requirements – a complete specification covering what the product does and how it must perform
  • Technological & economic consideration – feasibility, architecture implications, and business case assessed together
  • Implementation-ready concept – a document your development team can work from without ambiguity
