Some decisions are hard to reverse. The framework you standardize on, the vendor you sign, the architecture you build the next three years on top of. Those are worth a second opinion from someone who does not benefit from the answer.

We do three kinds of work here. Architecture reviews, where we read the system and tell you where it will strain as you grow. Vendor and proposal assessments, where we translate what you have been quoted into what it will actually mean to own. And technical due diligence, where somebody needs a clear read on a codebase before money changes hands.

What you get back is written and direct. What is fine, what will become a problem and roughly when, and what we would do about it in what order. If the answer is that your current setup is good enough, we say that too. It is a cheaper thing to hear from us than to find out in eighteen months.

If you need this presence continuously rather than once, that is CTO as a Service. If the outcome is a build, we can also do that or hand the assessment to whoever does.
