At the end you have a roadmap. Every use case comes with an estimate in hours and euros, the data it needs and the risk it carries. We also settle which models are an option, where your data may be processed and what GDPR and the EU AI Act require. So you know before the first build whether a project is allowed to go live.
The consulting is done by engineers who build AI systems themselves. That keeps the estimates honest, and it means the roadmap can turn straight into a working solution. What does AI consulting cost?
That depends on how many teams and processes we look at. In the free discovery call we agree on the scope, and then you get a concrete quote.
Do we need our own data or an AI team first?
No. You need people who know the processes and access to the systems where the work happens. Which data a use case needs is part of the roadmap.
How is AI consulting different from your Forward Deployed Engineers?
The consulting answers what should be built and in which order. Forward Deployed Engineers then build it inside your team and stay until it runs in daily work. You can book either one on its own or both back to back.
How do you handle GDPR and the EU AI Act?
Both are part of the roadmap. For every use case we define where data is processed, which model is allowed to see what and which obligations follow from the EU AI Act. So you know before the first build whether a project can go live.
Do you only consult in Vienna?
In Vienna we come to you for the workshop and the job shadowing. In Graz, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbruck and across DACH we work remote and come on site for the workshop.
