Most teams use AI today like a better search engine. That saves a few minutes a day, and most of the value stays on the table. In the workshop we show what using it the right way looks like. Which tasks suit AI, how to phrase them so the results are usable, and how each person gets the most out of AI in their own work.
A dedicated part covers agents, meaning AI that carries out steps in your systems on its own. We show what agents handle reliably today, where they fail and which control a person should keep. That way your team can judge which tasks are a good fit for an agent.
On top of that comes what to watch out for. Which data may go into which tool, where models make mistakes that sound plausible, and what GDPR and the EU AI Act require. Since February 2025 the EU AI Act requires companies to make sure that staff working with AI have sufficient AI literacy. The workshop is a solid first step for that.
In the second part we look at your company. Which processes cost the most time today, where can AI be built in deeper, and what would that bring? So you leave the workshop with a direct result, concrete use cases rated by effort, benefit and risk. The workshop is run by engineers who build AI systems themselves. If you want to go further afterwards, our AI consulting turns the use cases into a roadmap with job shadowing and estimates in euros.
