What does DevOps consulting actually deliver?
A shorter path from finished code to running software. At Dotbite we assess your pipelines, environments and deployment process, rank the problems by what they cost you, then build the automation that removes them. The result is releases nobody has to schedule around.
How does a project run?
It starts with an assessment of what you have today, including the manual steps that only exist in someone head. You get a written picture of where the bottlenecks and risks are, with our recommended order. From there we implement, either fully or alongside your team.
What does it cost?
Priced on the actual scope, which depends on how much infrastructure exists and how much of it needs changing. The assessment is a defined piece of work with a fixed price.
Do you work with our existing development team?
Yes, and that is the most common setup. We bring the infrastructure and automation side, your developers keep owning the product. Part of the work is handing over enough knowledge that your team can extend the setup without us.
Which cloud providers do you work with?
Mostly AWS and Hetzner, plus Azure and hybrid setups where they fit. The choice usually comes down to your workload, your budget and where the data has to sit for compliance. We make that call with you rather than defaulting to one provider.
