What exactly does it ask?
21 questions across eight areas: use case, data, baseline, approvals, target system, people, decision makers and technology. Under every question it says what is meant, so you never have to guess.
Can I skip questions?
On two questions you can enter a number, and that field can always be skipped. You can go back at any point, including to change an answer.
How long does it really take?
4 minutes if you have the answers in your head. If you have to look them up first, you will take longer, and you already have your first answer.
What if I score badly?
Then you know after 4 minutes what is missing, rather than finding out in month three. The lower levels get the longest analyses.
