A private AI chat platform for your company, with EU data residency, a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and a guarantee that your data is never used to train third-party models. We connect the chat to your internal knowledge with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Your documentation, wikis, contracts, and databases become searchable through a single conversation, with role-based access control and SSO, so every employee only sees what they are allowed to see.
From August 2026, the EU AI Act requires transparency from every chatbot in production. We build these requirements in from day one, together with audit logs and configurable data retention.

What does a private AI chat cost?
It depends on how many people use it and how deeply it connects to your systems. At Dotbite we scope that with you, then quote setup separately from running costs, so you can see what is one-off and what recurs before deciding.
How is this different from ChatGPT at work?
Your data stays in the EU under a signed data processing agreement, and it is never used to train third-party models. Employees get the interface they already know, your data protection officer gets a setup that survives review, and IT can see what is being used.
Can it access our internal documents?
Yes, through retrieval-augmented generation. Your documentation, wikis, contracts and databases become searchable in conversation, with role-based access control and single sign-on, so every employee only sees what they are already allowed to see.
How long does the setup take?
A working chat for your team can be live within a few weeks. Connecting internal knowledge sources takes longer, because the work is in preparing the data and getting permissions right rather than in the chat itself.
