Most AI projects get stuck somewhere between the demo and daily operations. How is that different from AI consulting?
Forward Deployed Engineers deliver a working solution in your systems, which we then keep developing together with your team. A consulting project usually stops at the recommendation.
How is that different from staff augmentation?
You get a team that is responsible for the result, with the same engineers from the analysis through to operations. With staff augmentation you rent individual developers by the hour and steer them yourself.
How long until the first version is live?
Usually four to twelve weeks. What decides the timeline is rarely the model. It is the integration into your systems and the testing needed before your team trusts the output.
Do your engineers work on site or remote?
Both. In Vienna we like to sit with your team, especially during the analysis. Across DACH we work remote and come on site for workshops and launches.
